Fire Extinguishers Production Facility

Bristol Fire Engineering Extinguisher Production Facility has been designed with European Know-How and Technology to manufacture Fire Extinguishers in a Deep Drawing Process, which makes “BRISTOL” unique, different and the first of it’s kind in the Middle East. This process has the advantage, that the welding on the cylinder is minimal, which gives our products longer life time when compared to conventional methods of production.

Production Machinery is set to serve this specific purpose and have the precise tolerances to the point that moulds and dies are also machined with high accuracy to meet quality production.

Automatic and Semi Automatic Welding machines are utilized along with our X-Ray experienced welders, so that welding is done neat and clean. Afterwards, every extinguisher is hydro-statically tested to the required pressure as specified by BS / EN3. This In-Process testing ensures the quality of the Semi finished products before any further work is done.

Powder Coating Plant is set In-House to ensure the best paint finish and to control the quality of the products.

Pressure Leak Test is conducted to verify any leak from valve or gauge after assembly pressurizing and prior to proceeding with printing by means of silk screens, which gives an excellent print quality.

Quality Control check is done by In-House Engineer with his regular sample testing to ensure that BRISTOL Fire Engineering QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY is implemented as per ISO-9000 requirements and BS / EN3 standards.

Bristol employees maintain Quality Assurance Policy of In-Process and Final Testing by means of defined procedures, thus ensuring the adequacy and reliability of the system.

Fire Equipment Fabrication Facility

Bristol Fire Engineering Fabrication Facility was established in 1989 to provide high quality Fire Hoses, Fire Hose Reels, Hydrant Valves and Cabinets to meet the market needs, which is complimentary to the Extinguisher Production Facility.

The Equipment are fabricated in a flow process, which starts with design and ends up with the finished Cabinet ready for installation.

Production Machinery is selected to fabricate all kinds of cabinets of different Sheet Metal types and thickness such as, Mild Steel, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel in different finishes.

All Cabinets are chemically treated prior to powder coating to ensure a high and durable paint quality.

Hose Reels are designed and manufactured in compliance with the requirements of BS 5274, and are available in 1” or 0.75” diameter in different lengths and finishes.

Automatic and Semi Automatic machines are utilized along with our experienced fabricators, to present our products in a very professional way.

An In-Process Quality Control check is conducted by our Quality Engineer to ensure that BRISTOL Fire Engineering QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY is implemented as per ISO-9000 requirements and BS / EN3 standards.

Pump Assembly Facility

Bristol Fire Engineering Pump Assembly Facility was set to provide the market with Booster Pump Sets, Transfer Pumps and Fire Fighting Pump Sets to meet customer and authority requirements.

Pump sets are assembled on skids or trolleys with the proper fittings and pipes for interconnecting the components according to customer requirement such as GI, UPVC, Copper or SS.

All Pump Sets undergo strict performance tests prior to dispatch, and are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.
